FAQs

What are the Dimensions?

The Arctic Ice Bath Xtreme is one of the largest Portable Ice Baths on the market right now and is 90x75cm when fully assembled, and when compared to other products it fits much taller / wider individuals

I'm a 6'5 Male Rugby Player, Will I Fit?

Absolutely, we have tested this on guys up to 6'5 and while sitting down the water will come up to your neck giving you the full ice bath experience!

We have also tested this on BJJ Athletes and Bodybuilders who are wider from shoulder to shoulder with good results!

I'm a 4'11 Female, Am I too small?

No, in fact you're one of the few people who will be able to fully stretch out onto of the ice bath (unless you're hardcore and just want to sit / kneel up to your neck in ice).

However, as the bath is 75cm high, take care when entering as depending on the length of your legs you may need to straddle one of the sides to get in.

Using the Arctic Ice Bath for cold water therapy at home is a simple and rewarding process.

1. Preparation: Fill the Arctic Ice Bath with cold water. You can adjust the water temperature according to your preference and tolerance level.

2. Dive In: Gently immerse yourself in the Arctic Ice Bath, allowing your body to adjust to the invigorating temperature. Start slow, and gradually build up your tolerance over time.

3. Relaxation: Once you're fully immersed, take a deep breath and let the cold water envelop you. Feel the tingling sensation as your body responds to the cold, promoting muscle recovery and reducing soreness.

4. Time and Duration: The recommended duration for each session can vary depending on your experience level and personal goals. Begin with shorter increments, such as 5-10 minutes, and gradually extend the time as you become accustomed to the cold.

5. Mindful Breathing: During your cold water therapy session, practice deep and controlled breathing. This helps calm the mind, increase oxygen flow, and enhance the therapeutic benefits.

6. Post-Therapy: After your cold water therapy session, take a warm shower to gradually bring your body temperature back to normal. This contrast in temperatures can amplify the effects of your session and promote overall relaxation.
